Dear Sir,
for previous year 2010 2011 , my return was filled by a ca online.unfortunately he is dead now.
The problem is that i do not have the password in order to file the return for py 2011/2012 NOR I HAVE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR BALANCE AND P&L. WHAT DO I DO???
HOW TO RESET THE PASSWORD AS THEY ARE ASKING FOR SECRET QUESTION/DIGITAL SIGNATURE/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER WHICH I DO NOT HAVE..

As you Said, your CA filled return for previous year 2010-2011 or Assessment Year 2011-2012. SO you should have the copy of Return, Acknowledgement, Intimation. And you can find there these numbers.
But If you have not these copy than Call to CPC at 1800-425-2229 and request them to send a Hard Copy of Intimation for the return filling year i.e. 11-12 at your Residential Address. They Will Send the copy after that you will get Acknoledgement as well as Document of Proof of filling return.
