A HUF formed by Mr.A.After the death of Mr.A,his son Mr.B becomes Karta of A HUF.Can Mr.B form B HUF & play a role of Karta in both HUF i.e A HUF & B HUF?

HUF can only be created if person, who is wiling to be Karta have child.
So if Son of Mr.A, will make his HUF, once he got child.
A Person can be Karta in only one HUF.
So if Son of Mr.A, will make his HUF, once he got child.
A Person can be Karta in only one HUF.
