25 June 2015 if dr balance in share forfeture account exceeds credit side then balance should be transferred to which account..???

25 June 2015 That is not possible. The reissue price of forfeited shares cannot be less than the amount remaining unpaid on the shares. Hence, after the forfeited shares are reissued the forfeited shares account will have either a credit balance or nil balance but never a debit balance.
