How to Make Salary Entry (Which Covered Professional Tax, PF, ESIC ) at one time to differnet legders?
Plase explain with Accounting Heads.

Salary a/c dr (with gross salary)
To PT deduction a/c
To PF deduction a/c
To ESIC deduction a/c
TO Bank/cash a/c (for the net salary paying amount)
In the above if you have break up for Basic,DA,HRA,others then you can spread salary as follows
Basic a/c dr
DA a/c dr
HRA a/c dr
Others a/c(specify name) dr
To As above said.
Even though you spread like above all such ledgers shall be grouped under salary.
In the first above if you didn't net salary at the time of passing of that entry then instead of bank a/c you have to put
To Salary payable a/c.
If any further clarification required always welcome to ask doubts.
