Hello everyone, this is my first message @caclub. My situation is as follows:
(1) I have purchased Land (500 yards) in the name of my wife (sole owner) (cheques are issued from my salaried acc) .......May 2010
(2) We took joint home loan for construction on June 2012 in which me & my wife are co-borrowers.
(3) All EMIs will be payed majorly by me.
My query is:
CAN I Avail Rebate of interest & principal amount (i am not an owner)?
IF NOT THEN is there a procedure to show me as a co-owner without repeating the registry process again (as it is very costly).
