Joining of other regular course during articleship

02 June 2013 Hello...
I am about to complete 1 year of my articles by this auguat
and i have also changed my principal-CA recently
and now i want to join m.com in regular course.
Plss tell me its consequences which may affect my articleship.
And also the procedure for same.
I m confused if there are any negative effects of it on articles or not...

02 June 2013 You need to intimate ICAI regarding your additional course with form 112

And you need to provide working hours of college that you are attending for course

And icai will allow your request and permits you to pursue additional course if it does not clash with article ship office timings,

pursuing any additional course along with articleship with out informing to icai is considered as breach of ca regulations and action will be taken accordingly

15 June 2013 If your college timings is 10AM to 2PM

1)it is impossible for you to attend for classesse as in genuine articleship no one will give u permission.

2)No doubt icai will not permit you for pursuing additional course as it is clash with articleship timings--so do distance..so problems from icai

3)if you have done mcom with out informing to icai--it is considered as illegal and your articleship period will be cancelled..if icai came to know about this..
