Dear Sir,
This srikanth from RJMS Electrical pvt ltd I need one clarification regarding Job work material moment.
Actually we are the excisable goods manufacturer we have two manufacturing units one in kanakapura road Bangalore and another in nelmangala Bangalore. we have taken excisable goods for job work from one company to our first unit at kanakapura road actually due to the non availability of space in first unit we would like to shift same job work material to second unit at nelmangala is there any chance to transfore same goods from first unit to second unit or what we can do to shift the materials, if we can do (job work challans from here to there) if any rule will applicable for this.
please help me in this regards.

If you have to remove the excisable goods on job work challan the goods should be return from the place of jobworker within 180 days.
