I am Sure Every One Will Reply Here as "Job Satisfaction is More Important".
But I Can Tell You Both are Equally Important.
Yeah, But I am in More Favor of Job Satisfaction Comparing to Money.
Because Salary is something you negotiate once and take home once every thirty days. Job satisfaction keeps you happy every minute of every day.
