21 April 2014 hi sir, i had started my carrer after 12th and worked in a mfg. co. in Accounts deppt. frm sep2007 to jun2009. it was my contractual job. during this time i m doing b.com frm ignou. after left my contract job, i had no job, after some hard work i got a job in different sector and worked period jan11 to apr.13. during this time i get completed my b.com in 2012. and i have joined in accounts deppt. in Jun2013, working till date. i want to know that i have mentioned my accounting exp. when i got in Sep07 to jun09. in my resume. can i show that exp. or not. and should be mentioned only present exp. in accounts which is frm jun13 to till date in my resume. pls. suggest me.

21 April 2014 For a job resume experience is categorized in two part:
Post Qualification experience and Pre / During Qualification experience.

Post Qualification experience always count as experience.
Pre Qualification experience has discretion to the employer / recruiter.

If the employer / recruiter conditioned for post qualification experience only then you should mention experience from June 2013.

Otherwise all the experience should be mentioned separately with job role / description, entity profile and period.

21 April 2014 you can mention the all experience in resume .

you may show as pre qualification and post qualification.
and also make diff. in working area so that recruiter can judge that you have working knowledge of all area of your field.
