For nov'14 attempt of Ipcc Itsm, do we need to cover all types of flow chart and decision tables or do we need to study only the basic concepts. Because as per past syllabus and pattern, flow chart is of 8marks ques in exam?

Dear Sakshi, i think it is quite hard to qualify the exam just after studying basics. now u need to focus a bit on flow charts / decision table and more focus of technical management concepts. bye
