07 March 2011 Can anyone pls tell me whether is it necessary to remebr latest notification n cirular no in idt? is it necessary to write section alongwith sub section, clauses & provisos as it is given in bare act??? or only metionion rule no and heading at the top of answer is enough???Pls help me..m vry confused n tensed as m nt able 2 rmbr it as givn in bare act..
