Its urgent about re-registration of articleship training

19 March 2014 Dear Sir,
I had already completed 2 year articleship training in india then i took transfer for another country and my termination is done when i goes to another country for joining my balance period of articleship training i am unable to find any ca firm to join there my 1 year time waste now i want to reregister myself with my previous employer in india can i join with my previous employer and what is precedure plz rply me

19 March 2014 u can take with other ca of diff state in india by filling frm103 and 102.

19 March 2014 when i submited form 103 for another state in india icai not accepted this form icai said that ur termination is approved for another country u cant register again in india plz wht is procedure to cancelation of termination bcz i want to get register with my previous employer

19 March 2014 in such case then u wont be able to join india as u took termination on basis of changing the country itself....
