29 December 2010 we are a trading concern Purchase material finsh good with our Brand and sale as it is,example :-

B (trading party ) purchasing material from A ( B send A his label and MRP) is it mandatory (Compulsary) to mention Manufacture name A and Marketed By B on label or not .

its not necessary to mention manufacturer name on label but it is compulsory to mention manufacturer name in excise invoice.
