Itrv rejected due to signature missing ay 2010-11

25 June 2013 One of my client filled his ITR for AY 2010-11 electronically without digital signature as on 31/03/2011 and sent his signed copy of ITRV at CPC, Bangalore but it was not received by the CPC, Bangalore.
He has some TDS refund too.
Can anyone please suggest now what to do now?

25 June 2013 You cannot file your return in electronic mode as it is time barred now.

you can file return under section 119(2) by making a request to accept return for condonation of delay and can get refund..if CIT accepts your request

please refer section 119(2) read along with circular 8/2001 dated 16/05/2001
