Itrv rejected by cpc, bangalore due to late posting

17 January 2012 As I have filed my ITR1 on 30th July 2011, & due to some reason I have posted the ITRV late & the CPC Received the ITRV in November 2011, THE CPC has rejected the Return as the TIME BAR Has Passed for submission of the returns.

Should I have to filed a Revised Return, as I have was uploading the ITR1 in the income tax website the message appears as I have to choose REVISED OPTION as the XML File is already uploaded.

What is the solution to file my Income Tax Return for the AY 2011-12.

Please Guide on this

17 January 2012 file the return manually with respective ITO

17 January 2012 But Once Return Uploaded Electronically has to be filed electronically only
And if I file Manually, then which section I have to mentioned 139(1), 139(5),

And does It will be as Revised Return or Original Return

17 January 2012 your original return is not filed, coz you have failed to submit ITRV within time, however as your file is uploaded ( not filed), e filing is not possible

return will be filed 139(1)/ original.
