31st march, 2012 is last date for filing itr of fy 09-10

Yes if you have not filed your return for the year ended 31st March, 2010 then your last chance available with you is before 31st March, 2012. You have two options for filing your return 1) Online and 2) Physical Form. It depends which process you would like to prefer. In my opinion you should adopt online filing to save and avoid unnecessary going to the department and so on.
