25 March 2016 All the itr 4 java utilities after pr5 are not opening on my system.
My java version is 8 update 51

25 March 2016 MY is Working...!!! Kindly Delete previous download new ITR4 and also update java its now 73.

26 March 2016 Update your java....90% problem comes from JAVA updation....!!! TRY it...!!! after updation restart your system then try again...!!!

26 March 2016 already updated, all previous versions deleted, still the same problem

26 March 2016 Remove your java from your system and reinstall latest version then download utility then try again this time hope it will work or you can use excel utility also.
