is it possible to get tds refund on comission of agent from postal scheme of rs3754 if yes how much time it will take.

Yes you can get it if only YOU HAVE BEEN FILED RETURN OF INCOME.

It is normally takes 6 months maximum. if it is filed online and every thing is right tax credit is showing in form 26AS
