For both the ITRs you can download excel utility form from the Government website 'incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in'.
After completing this form you have to generate xml FILE, which are inbuild in that excel utility, and you have to upload it on that site and you will have to take print of acknowledgment copy and send it to CPC Banglore in physical form and mailing address will be taken from this website also.
For upload that xml file you have to create an ID and Password on that website. That would be totally free and would be based on your PAN number and registration procedure are also so simple just like gmail id creation.
