Itr without pan

21 February 2013 HI friends,

I have a query that one of our client company have to file ITR but its director (who is foreigner) does not have PAN and without PAN digital signature can not made therefore how can we file ITR of the company because without digital signature company cannot file its ITR.

Please help

21 February 2013 yes friend,

First of all you know that the company have already pan, second you applied for the pan first as per citizens rule then make the digital signature
and filed the return after registration of directors like din in the mca.
you know that without pan not registered for DIN and not appointment for the director.so do the needful registration first or consult to the consultant.UMESH PANDEY,M-8802914461

22 February 2013 you apply PAN for non-resident in form no. 49AA.

23 February 2013 but there is one problem that the director's does not has sufficient proof for making PAN then what should we do.

24 February 2013 DIRECTOR MUST HAVE PASSPORT. THERE WILL SUFFICE.
