22 February 2011 ITR V(Income Tax Return Verification) is never signed by digital signature. It is the return xml file you load which is signed by digital signature. After loading the above file ITR V is not generated instead 'ITR Acknowledgment' is generated which is an acknowledgment for receipt of return and it need not be sent to CPC in Bangalore.
