12 July 2012 sir, i have filied itr 4 of a.y. 2011-12 of my client and itr v send to cpc Bangalore, and they received it on dated 21/10/11 and demand refund rs.2640. when i see the status of e-return process it shows "ITR V REJECTED".
now please suggest me what i am doing for my clients refund.

12 July 2012 Why don't you call to CPC Bengalaru and find out the reason why it is rejected. You can resubmit a fresh ITR V after rectification of the defects as will be mentioned by The CPC authorities
