Itr-v received - after due date issue help ?

25 October 2014 A return of income of a salaried employee for AY 2013-14 was filed late on 31/07/2013. The IRTV was sent on 28 March 2014 and recd. on 19 aug 2014. Now the status on efiling site is " ITRV recd. after due date".

The return has a no refund pending. Do i need to file a return a fresh one or one has to revise the earlier return? In this case return is late so it cannot be revised then What course of action is must be taken? i have uploaded 3 images please check

Kindly guide. I got mail yesterday that ""Non-Receipt of ITR V for PAN ..... Please submit the same by 31st October 2014.""

NOTE- I sent ITR-V on 5th of October still income tax site is showing old ""recd. on 19 aug 2014. still the status on efiling site is " ITRV recd. after due date"

26 October 2014 Time for submitting ITR V for AY 13-14 is extended up to 31.10.2014. Preserve the postal receipt of speed post as proof for ITR V Posted. In your case ITR V is received by CPC as mentioned.

27 October 2014 Time limit for submit ion of ITR V is extended up to 31-10-2014. you please contact to CPC Contact no and discuss on this matter they will change this status.
