in ITR V gross total income is equal to taxable income only or Gross Income including agricultural income. Because SAG IT software showing taxable income in gross total income. Means if having agricultural income then this figure not added in Gross total income in ITR V.

Gross total income deosn't contained exempted income. So your gross total income is excluding of agricultural income.

agree with expert but if agricultural income not included in gross total income then how assesses can get loan benefits because lot of bank asking for gross total income only.

Then you explain to the bank assessee also has agricultural income. banks also know agricultural income is not taxable and not included in total income or gross total income and they will consider such agricultural income along with returned income. For this purpose submit total income and tax computed sheet along with ITR-V acknowledgement.
