AN ASSESSEE HAD NOT SEND ITR V FOR LAST 5 YEAR TO CPC. AS A RESULT HE HAS NOT GOT TAX REFUNDS. NOW JUST WE SEND THEM ALL AND GOT RECEIPT CONFIRMATION AT CPC BANGLORE,
NOW WILL THE ASSESSEE ASSESSED AND WILL GET TAX REFUNDS ?

Yes, the assessee will get the refund provided he has sent all the previous ITR V on or before August 31, 2016.

Its late sir, assessee has sent acknowledge after 31st August, 2016. But cpc has send confirmation messages for receipts.
