Dear Sir,
In AY 2012-13, I have to send itr v again in 40 to 50 percent cases after the waiting of 2 to 3 months period, whereas in AY 2011-12, cpc acknowledged all itr v in first attempt.
What's your experiance in this regard.

On which basis you are saying "you have to send ITR-V agian"

there is no acknoledgement from cpc even after 2 to 3 months of first dispatch.

Know the CPC updating data in online very late. However i receiving acknowledgment by CPC with in 15-20 days from the date of actual receipt by them or dispatch by them. So I think your post doesn't reached the CPC it may be lost in the Postal transport etc... In case you send them through Speed post then confirm they are received by the CPC by tracing of them with Speed post no. However first check all of them at the ITR-V receipt status. Eventhough you not satisfied i.e you have to proof the ITR-V received(i.e delivered to) by the CPC then write a mail to CPC with regards this. If you haven't proof then we can't say CPC mistake or default so re-send ITR-V immediately.

Better send by Speed Post. Do not mention Post Bag No. 1 in address.

In one case I have send by speed post and speed post status is showing delivery at cpc on 20-09-2012. However till date cpc did not acknowledge the receipt of that itr v as I tracked on cpc site.

Vivek, It would be acknowledge you very soon. I already told to acknowledge by the CPC time taking for 15 to 20 days so wait for some days. Event though you received acknowledgment late it will acknowledge receipt on 20-9-2012. So don't worry.
