My client have income of job work of gold smith.His own Gross Receipts from job work is
290000.00 . Can he file income tax return using ITR4 showing profit under No Account Case Detail when his agriculture income is 75000.00.ITR 4S can not use because of agriculture income is above 5000.00

You can file he ITR 4.
