20 January 2011 dear all,
i m getting some problem in uploading the income tad return on the site. whenwver i tried to upload the return of the company it asks to digitally sign the form and when i tried to sign the form it always shows that "cann't find the file for signing.c/fakepath/1547.xml."
so pls help me to upload the itr

20 January 2011 I was also facing the similar problem. There was some issue with Windows 2007.

Then I tried to file the same from other computer with Windows 2003 & was able to file the return successfully.

Try it & see.. if it works.

20 January 2011 I had the same issue in my Windows 7 System. Kindly try the filing in Windows XP system it works.

Alternatively, create a directory in c: as c:\fakepath and try uploading the same. This was suggested by one of my collegue but i dont know whether it really works!!!
