22 October 2013 One of my client company incorporated on 26/03/2013, so am i need to file Income Tax Return for the FY 2012-13

22 October 2013 Whether there been no transaction between the 26/3/13 to 31/3/13..
But company is liable to furnish the return,may a NIL return...

22 October 2013 not required to file return if company not yet started its commercial operations by 31.03.2013

22 October 2013 Section 139 of income tax act says us who is required to file return mandatorily..
.
.
if the company not yet started its commercial operations no need of income tax return, however once the company started commercial operations mandatory to file return in every year
..
till then it is enough if you do annual forms filing with roc
