What is the last date of ITR file for the financial year 2015-16 ???
can we file this return 31 March 2018???

Yes it can be filed as belated return up to 31/03/2018.

Amendments in section 139(4) (i.e before end of relevant assessment year) are applicable from AY 2017-18, So for AY 2016-17 (i.e. FY 2015-16) Return can be filed till 31/03/2018
