10 August 2013 dear sir
an assessee have income from salary 227000,
commission income income 6500 and also income from other sources 24500. hence which
itr forms should be used? advice me thanks.....

10 August 2013 Commission is very small amount so you can use ITR 2 and show this amount as income from mother sources.

thanks for replies..small amount of commission is sec 194h i.e, business income. if I used itr4 any problem is there? and advice me what is the mother sources of income. thanks....

11 August 2013 If you use ITR 4 it will be best. Spelling Mistake....I meant other sources of Income.
