IS PRINTING IN COLOR FORM ITR 4S (SUGAM) IS COMPULSORY FOR THIS A.Y. 2012-13 ALSO ?

Yes, Color print is compulsory because the pdf format is also in color for sugam but not for other ITR's except Sahaj. I.e ITR 4S and ITR-1 should be in color print only.

BUT PDF IS COLOURED MEANS NOT COMPULSORY, IS IT MENTIONED ANYWHERE THAT IT MUST BE AS PER PRINTING SPACIFICATIONS
