Hello Sir,
My MOM is pensioner. She have also Income from Agriculture.
Pension income near about 160000 and Agriculture Income 100000
I want to do ITR efile for her. Which ITR form I should prefer. ITR-1,ITR-2,ITR-2A. Also Is it necessary form 16 for pensioner. If Yes where Can i get Form-16

You have to file ITR-2 & no need of form 16.
Form 16 issued when TDS deducted by employer.
