18 August 2016 Thanks for your reply. I am not maintiaining any books of account. Will it be an issue if I select to "No" to the question whether liable to maintain books of accounts as per section 44AA?

18 August 2016 If you are not liable to maintain accounts select "NO"... But fill in the details regarding "Amount of total cash balance you held" in Part A-BS, serial number 6 (d) and other details as asked in Part A-P&L serial no 53 (a) (b) (c) & (d) in the ITR-4.
