This discussion clarifies whether a UK-based business developer exporting services to the USA and registered under GST can file Income Tax Return (ITR) 4 using the presumptive income scheme (44ADA). The consensus is yes, provided there are no foreign assets, bank accounts, or signing authorities, in which case ITR 3 would be more appropriate. No additional filings are required beyond regular GST and Income Tax returns.

I'm exporting services to the USA as Business Developer. I have also registered under GST Act. My query is, Can I File ITR 4 and avail 44ADA benefit? Whether there is any other form or filling required in any other act or in Income Tax.

Yes, you can file ITR 4, unless you have any foreign assets or bank account or authorization to sign. Otherwise, file ITR 3 under presumptive assessment.
