09 February 2016 Which itr would be filled by a VEER CHAKRA award winner whose earning are from Pension only.

10 February 2016 if pension is received by the Veer Chakra award winner- it should be treated as Salary and therfore ITR1 should be filed.
If pension is received by the legal heir (After death of Vr.C winner)- It should be trated as Other Income and therefore ITR2 may be filed.
