ITR for assessment year 2021-2022 with Tax Audit

31 January 2022 we are facing a crucial problem while filing the return for the Assessment Year 2021-2022 and the problem is when we tried to upload the Return through offline and online mode and after attaching the excel or Jason file in both the cases we are facing validation error message from portal in both the cases and when we tried to connect with IVRS help desk number after mentioning the numeric value of PAN and Date of incorporation value it has been told through IVRS that the PAN and Date of incorporation is not matching with the Department database.

01 February 2022 Kindly check the date of incorporation as per MCA ( ROC ) Certificate of incorporation and Date of incorporation as per PAN Card. There might be difference in date of formation/ incorporation.. Consider the date of incorporation as per PAN which is relevant for ITR Filing

01 February 2022 Forth letter of PAN is C and as per Incorporation Certificate D.O.I. is 24.04.2019.

01 February 2022 The problem is assessee didn't received the hard copy of the PAN and as we got the PAN from Certificate of incorporation so I am also not sure about the D.O.I. as per NSDL and as per R.O.C. but as D.O.I. is 24.04.2019 as per MCA i use the same right now but facing the problem, even when i call IVRS the replied i got is "D.O.I. is not matching with the given PAN"

01 February 2022 If not sure about DOI in PAN, better apply for rectification of PAN data immediately.

01 February 2022 Yes, very strange. Confirm the DOI with the helpline of ITD, There may be error with TRACES & efilling IT site.
If its same, file complaint under Grievances.

01 February 2022 Just now from my office i tried to communicate with IVRS helpline but unfortunely after entering numeric digit and D.O.I. through IVRS reply came that "entered PAN and D.O.I. is not matching"
