ITR filing for the A Y 2008-09 & 2009-10

29 October 2010 Can I file my ITRs for the A.Y. 2008-09 & 2009-10 since my TDS dedn. is near about 5500/- & 17000/- respectively and my Income is from Insurance commission & business type is Insurance.

30 October 2010 You can file the ITR for AY 2009-10 online now, but for AY 2008-09, you cannot e file and should file manually.

30 October 2010 Hi,
For A.Y.08-09 even if you file your returns manually you will not get refund because you are filing the return after the time allowed to file the belated return.Your return will be accepted by the department in manual form and it will be useful only for getting a bank loan.
Any how boost your income to such a limit that the TDS gets covered because anyhow you are not going to get refund for A.Y 08-09.
