Dear Sir,
I filed my IRT in 2008-2009of nil Tax, after that i could not file my ITR, but now i want to file,Kindly tell me the procedure/ penalties of filing the return of such period in which i unable to file my ITR ( means 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12)

You can file the belated return for AY 2011-12 till March 2013 and thereafter regular returns. You might not be able to file returns for the period before AY 2009-10.
