can an assessee file a manually filled ITR-4 If he is entitled to Tax Audit? or is it compulsary to file online ITR/ PLS LET ME KNOW

Its mandatory in your case to e-file the return, can't file manually.

partnership firm & companies are liable to e-file return of income .
