09 October 2014 Hi Sir,
i have worked for a company in 2013-14 and company did not fill ITR of any employee so they did not provide any Form-16. Now i want Home Loan so is it necessary to fill ITR of 2013-14 as banks ask for ITR of 2 year. FYI, i was not eligible to pay any TDS as my salary was 7,000(Jan'12 to June'12) and 15,000 (July'12 to Dec'12) and 23,000 (Jan'13 to July'13). Also i have uploaded revised ITR 3 times including Original but did not post to bangalore office yet Please guide me.

09 October 2014 1. Companies do not Fill or File ITR for you. You have to do it on your own.

2. Your TDS was not deducted. So, Company has not given you Form 16.

3. You have to send your LATEST ITR to Bangalore office. Income Tax officers are not going to INVITE you to submit the ITR.

Please understand the above, and React accordingly.

Thaks for replying, i have mentioned all conditions to aware you guys. i have only one query that after revising 2 times, can i revise ITR again and send it Bangalore Office. Also as Company did have any TAN number so can i leave TAN no. blank with ITR form-1

09 October 2014 Yes, you can revise ITR again.
This time, make sure that everything mentioned by you is 100% Correct.

and yes, you can leave TAN blank, if the company is not having TAN.
