I have filed Income Tax return of my cousin as on 19.02.2013 for the AY 2012-13, but by mistake i didn't claim TDS of Rs.1350.00 deducting u/s 194A.
Can i claim TDS & how ?
can i file request u/s 154 for claiming refund & how ?
if yes then what will be the procedure?

Please wait till the time of receipt of Intimation u/s 143(1) from the CPC through email. After receipt of such intimation then file 154(1) rectification return through online this option also available at My account option after login into incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. With our receipt of 143(1) intimation you can't file rectification return.
The above process is said for assuming you filed your return of income through e-filing. In case you filed manual return of filing then submit a rectification return to your AO(i.e where you submitted original return of income) with enclosure of a letter requesting correction of mistake committed by you at the time of filing of return of income.
