01 February 2011 Sir,

I have filed a ITR1 in July 27,2010, but the ITR V has not reached CPC, Bangalore, even if i have posted the same copy for 3 times. What are the option available to me ?

01 February 2011 YOU NEED TO POST BY ORDINARY OR SPEED POST, IF U SEND THROUGH COURIER THEN NO USE..IF YOU SENT POST AND MIGHT BE GIVEN WRONG ADDRESS..JUST CHECK EVERYTHING PROPERLY AND RE-SEND AGAIN

01 February 2011 Since the time limit to submit ITR V of 120 days expired, you can submit revise return and submit the same to CPC in speed post within time.
