so this 7th nov 2022 is only for inc tax auditees right? not company law auditees, right?

No. It is applicable to companies even if tax audit not applicable.
For all the entities required to furnish ITR by 31.10.2022, the due date of filling ITR has been extended to 07.11.2022.
