05 May 2012 pls guide me on the folowing issue:

My client has filed ITR-4 of FY 201-11, but he is not having the details of Balance sheet, which was mentioned in ITR, now for filing the return of FY 2011-12, i need the details of BS filed lat year..... what should i do?????

05 May 2012 Even if he doesnot have the details of balance sheet filed in the ITR, he must be having the original balance sheet on the basis of which the ITR was filed. So you can refer that balance sheet. If that balance sheet is also not available, try to get the xml file that was uploaded and you can convert that xml into itr with the help of some utilities.
