Itr-7 e-filing

I have uploaded the return of a Section 25 company in ITR-7 without attaching the digital signatures to it and ITR-V has been successfully generated. My question is that whether that return will be treated as valid by the Income Tax Department, because for companies, digital signatures are necessarily to be attached?

Compulsory E-filing of income tax return only with Digital signatures is required for the following:-
An Individual & HUF who are required to get their books of accounts audited u/s 44AB.
A firm who is required to get their books of accounts audited u/s 44AB.
A company who is required to file in Form ITR -6.
An Individual & HUF who are required to get their books of accounts audited u/s 44AB.
A firm who is required to get their books of accounts audited u/s 44AB.
A company who is required to file in Form ITR -6.

If it has been generated then get it signed and send it to Banglore. Your company u/s 25 is not a company it is either a AOP or trust and hence do not worry the expert has given the circumstances where digital signature is a must

Income Tax Department has released Income Tax Return (ITR ) 7 as applicable for persons including companies required to furnish return under section 139(4A) or section 139(4B) or section 139(4C) or section 139(4D) for e-filing of Returns for A.Y. 2013-14 of Financial Year 2012-13.
This Return Form can be filed with the Income Tax Department in any of the following ways, -
(i)by furnishing the return in a paper form;
(ii)by furnishing the return electronically under digital signature;
(iii)by transmitting the data in the return electronically and thereafter submitting the verification of the return in Return Form ITR-V;
(iv)by furnishing a Bar-coded return.
