ITR 6 for Company Returns

24 September 2022 Dear Sir,

There are 2 Balance sheet options in ITR 6 Form that is the normal Balance sheet and IAS Balance sheet.

I want to know who is applicable to fill IAS Balance sheet.

Please help me in this matter.

24 September 2022 If a company whose financial statements are drawn up in compliance to the Indian Accounting Standards- (Ind AS) specified in Annexure to the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, are required to fill the IAS BS & other relevant financial statements.
