03 November 2010 IF AN ASSESSEE IS A PARTNER IN A FIRM AND ALSO A PROPRIETOR IN THAT CASE SHALL WE HAVE TO MAKE THE OPTION GIVEN IN ITR "Is your firm liable to audit u/s 44 (a)/(b)" "YES"

The firm in which the individual is partner is liable to audit u/s 44 a/b

with regards

03 November 2010 Only if the assessee is liable for tax audit it needs to mentioned yes and not otherwise.
