04 August 2013 Dear Sir,
I have prepared itr5 and where the bank a/c details are given and I mention name of partner in relevent col. and then mentioned his pan no. there.

But when I come to upload it the following msg. appeared-

Pan mentioned in personal verification section is not valid.

Do I need to mention firm's PAN no. here?

04 August 2013 please check whether partners details were registered in partnership firm efiling account

if not registered register his pan in firms efiling account

on the other hand

just verify whether you have verified pan of partner only in verification sheet

04 August 2013 I had filed itr5 one of the firm just one week ago and I had not to register the partner on site.

04 August 2013 means partner pan was already registered in firm account

however in place of pan verification we have to mention pan of partner only

04 August 2013 Actually I am giving example of other firm but now in the above case Where to register partner at efiling site. As I did not find that link.

first ensure that you have provided pan of partner or pan of firm in verification coloumn

07 August 2013 Only problem is you have not updated partner signing details in principal contact details

please update same in profile settings
