20 August 2010 You can write a simple letter like i was previously residing at _______ Kolkatta and now i have shifted to ___ Delhi and hence my correct jursidiction now is Ward ___, Delhi.

I have already applied for change of address in our PAN to NSDL. And after incorporating the new address in PAN card, it has been received by me from NSDL. The certified copy of letter received from NSDL for change of address in PAN is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

We request your goodself to issue an order u/s 127 of Income Tax Act, 1961, for transfer of all our Income Tax case papers from DCIT _______, Ahmedabad to Range 8 in Mumbai which is the correct jurisdiction of our case.
